FREE RETURNS (for Refund or Exchange) - For UK Mainland orders over £100 

Simply complete and enclose the form in the parcel, attach the DPD free returns label and take it to your chosen DPD drop off location. Both of these items will be found in your parcel you receive.  Drop off locations can be found at www.dpdlocal-online.co.uk.  Please retain your tracking details for future use.

For UK Mainland orders under £100, Overseas (including offshore UK) & subsequent exchanges

Simply complete and enclose the form in the parcel, use the address label below and return it to us. The form will be found in the parcel you receive. We highly recommend you use/buy a tracked and signed for service. Please retain your tracking details for future use.

  1. When goods are returned from overseas countries the package and associated documentation must be marked ‘British returned goods of outbound.. then add the original Carrier name and tracking number’. This will ensure any original customs charges are taken into consideration. Failure to do so may result in us rejecting the return. All goods must be returned on a DDP (delivery duty paid) service back to us.  In any event, any fees incurred by us in this regard will be charged back to you and deducted from any refunds owed to you.
  2. All items returned will be checked for quality to ensure they are perfect and in a saleable condition. Any failure to protect the items whilst with you may result in a refusal to accept the refund/exchange and the items will be returned to you at your cost.  Please note the things that can affect your return below.
  3. Do not remove ANY labels or tags until you are sure you are retaining the items. Please do not rip the outer packaging.  Do NOT remove your visor label on your helmets, we are unable to accept helmet returns in these instances.

  4. Take care when trying on items to avoid contaminating the items (with deodorant marks, animal/human hair, strong perfume etc).  

  5. Take special care when unpacking your helmet and repack it as received.

  6. Please fold all clothing appropriately as excessive creasing will render the items unsaleable for us.

  7. Please pack items as you have received them, i.e. in an outer box, adequate packing materials and securely packaged.  Do not add any labels to a product box or package. Try and reuse packaging where possible.

  8. Don't forget to return any free items, armour, bags, visors, etc. that are included. Any items not returned will be charged at the full retail price and deducted from your refund.

  9. Once we have received the items back we will inspect the items (during these times we hold items for 48 hours prior to processing) and if applicable we will process the refund or facilitate the exchange as quickly as possible for you.

  10. Please note - exchanges on a non-warranty basis/subsequent exchanges will be charged at our usual shipping rates for return.
